The grill is made of good quality.My only issue is that it is VERY EASY TO BURN FOOD.The temperature runs extremely HOT on this grill. My buddy has the same grill and he also has the same issue (wish I would have known that info before buying this model) As per the temperature gauge that is part of the top lid; 500 degrees is the minimum temp that I have been able to get this grill to operate at, even when it is on the lowest possible setting. I wish that the grill had the ability, or to was able run a bit cooler so that the food doesn’t char/burn so easily.
