All of a sudden, our microwave oven was making loud, strange noises, smoking and flashing light so I looked up the problem on the internet, thinking it was probably going to have to be discarded and replaced or require a costly repair.Found other people have had the same problem with their microwave ovens and an item like this was the solution.Then looked around amazon at various brands of this type of item and decided to try this one and it worked!From reading reviews, it sounds like some brands of this item are somewhat flimsy and can tear easily.But these are solid and pretty thick but still bend into place without any problem.I also did measurements before buying to try to get the correct size, instead of having to cut it out myself and thissize fit our Farberware microwave perfectly, not even any trimming needed.Very pleased with this purchase, it couldn’t have worked out any better.
