Shipping & Freight Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on standard carrier rates (typically UPS) plus applicable handling fees.

• Shipping costs shown at checkout are estimates only
• Final charges may vary slightly based on actual package weight, dimensions, and destination

Order Processing & Delivery

• Orders placed before 11:00 AM EST (in-stock items) will ship the next business day
• Orders placed after 11:00 AM EST will be processed the following business day
• Orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)

If an item is out of stock, please contact our Sales Department for estimated availability and shipping
timelines.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
• Tracking emails are sent on the day the order ships
• If no email is provided, tracking information will not be delivered

To track your shipment, visit the UPS website and enter your tracking number.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives with visible shipping damage:
• Contact the carrier immediately to file a claim
• Retain all packaging materials for inspection

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Eligibility Requirements

• Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
• Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
• A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number is required

Important Notes

• Returns after 30 days may be subject to a 20% restocking fee
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
• Returns without an RGA number will not be accepted

Defective Products

All products are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects.
If you receive a defective item:

1. Contact Customer Service at (562) 907-7757
2. Obtain an RGA number
3. Return the product following the instructions provided

Dealer Purchases

If you purchased your product through an authorized dealer:

• You are still covered under this policy
All returns must be processed through the original dealer
• Do not return dealer-purchased items directly to diflucan Performance Inc.

How to Return an Item

To ensure a smooth return process:
1. Locate your original invoice or receipt
2. Contact Customer Service to obtain an RGA number and instructions
3. Repack the item securely in its original packaging
4. Include a copy of your receipt
5. Clearly mark the RGA number on the outside of the package
6. Ship the package prepaid using a trackable method (UPS, FedEx, or USPS)
7. Retain your tracking number for reference
